Accessories and Components

A complete range of accessories and components engineered to optimise the performance, safety and reliability of Se.Po. conveyor systems.

Material handling and conveyor routing

Caterpillar drive unit

The drive unit transmits motion to the conveyor chain, ensuring smooth and controlled material handling throughout the circuit. It is equipped with a safety torque limiter, which intervenes in the event of conveyor overload to prevent damage or mechanical failure. On request, the caterpillar drive unit can be supplied with a brake and forced-ventilation fan.

Vertical transfer unit

An integrated module for chain conveyor systems, designed to transfer loads between different system levels. It is used where the production layout requires vertical material handling, helping to optimise available space while maintaining a continuous, automated flow of materials between operating areas.

Idler sprocket turn

A component used to redirect and guide the conveyor chain through tight-radius curves. Its compact design makes the idler sprocket turn particularly suitable for layouts with limited installation space.

Track switch

A device designed to divert load carriers within the conveyor system, allowing loads to be transferred between different lines or processing areas. Used in multi-route systems, the track switch provides flexible and efficient control of the production flow.

System control and reliability

Product rotator

A mechanical device installed within the coating line to rotate and orient products during processing, improving treatment uniformity across all surfaces.

Automatic drip lubricator

An automatic lubrication system designed to deliver the correct amount of lubricant to the conveyor chain, reducing friction, wear and maintenance requirements while increasing system service life and reliability.

Chain take-up

A device used to adjust and maintain the correct conveyor chain tension throughout the system.

Oven expansion joint

A component installed mainly in curing ovens on industrial coating lines to compensate for thermal expansion caused by high operating temperatures.

Load suspension and support systems

Load bars / carriers

Load-support structures used to suspend and transport workpieces through the conveyor system.

Designed around the characteristics of the conveyed product, load bars and carriers provide stability, increased load capacity and correct workpiece positioning throughout the different stages of the production process.

Hooks

Designed to suspend and carry loads along the conveyor, Se.Po. hooks are available in different configurations to suit product characteristics and process requirements.
