A new wire EDM machine for Se.Po.

Se.Po. S.r.l. continues to upgrade its production department with the introduction of the new Mitsubishi Electric MV1200S NewGen, a wire EDM machine that replaces the model previously in use. The investment, made within the framework of Industry 4.0, reflects our commitment to upgrading and enhancing a process already carried out in-house.

The new wire EDM machine can process electrically conductive materials, including high-hardness materials, producing complex profiles and intricate geometries with extremely tight tolerances. The Mitsubishi Electric CNC control and automated wire management systems ensure precision and repeatability while improving efficiency throughout the different stages of the machining process.

These features are complemented by Industry 4.0 connectivity, which enables the MV1200S NewGen to integrate with our company systems, while also allowing production data to be collected and monitored.

The introduction of the new wire EDM machine marks another step forward in the ongoing renewal of Se.Po.’s machinery, with the aim of strengthening our in-house production capabilities and continuing to invest in the company’s development.
