A generational handover marks the beginning of a new phase of growth

July 2025 marked a key milestone in Se.Po.’s history, with founder Sergio Pozzi handing over the management of the company to his son, Marco Pozzi, who was appointed Sole Director.

This important transition led to the establishment of Se.Po. S.r.l. Unipersonale, combining the values and expertise built up over the years with a forward-looking approach focused on innovation and development.

From the very first months under the new management, strategic investments were launched to strengthen the company’s competitiveness: expanding the workforce, introducing state-of-the-art machinery to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality, and implementing an ERP management system to optimise organisation and process control.

The generational handover therefore represents both continuity and renewal, with the experience gained over the years providing a solid foundation for meeting future challenges through an increasingly modern, quality-driven organisation.
